Pre-conditions:
- A building permit must be in place for a 250kW wind turbine on 30m+ tower height and 27m+ rotor diameter.
- NIE Grid connection offer must be in place
- Minimum lease term required 25 – 30 years
Joint Venture (JV) deals also considered. Sites with existing building permit and NIE grid offer is mandatory!!
A permit must allow: minimum of 30m hub height and a minimum of 27m rotor diameter – a minimum of 225kW
Lease Conditions offered:
- Generous ‘Five-Figure-Sum’ Up-Front Cash Premium paid
- Generous Annual Rent Fees Paid
- A share of Gross Revenue
- Reimbursements of initial developing, planning permission and grid application costs paid
