PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY (the POLICY”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY MWPS WORLD SERVICES, PLACING AN ORDER OR ENTERING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT. THE USE OF ANY MWPS WORLD SERVICES WILL SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN PARTICULAR OUR RETURN POLICY OF GOODS AS OUTLINED BELOW, DO NOT USE ANY MWPS SERVICES.
All wind turbines, whether used, second-hand, or refurbished, are sold strictly on an “As Is – Where Is” basis. This means that no warranties are provided, and returns are not permitted unless expressly authorized by MWPS World (“the Seller”).
Complaints & Return Requests
- Any complaints, refund requests, or repair inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to returns@mwps.world within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to be considered.
- The Seller reserves the right to review and assess each request at its sole discretion. Approval of any return is subject to defective items only and approval of refund requests for any reason other than for defective or faulty goods is at the Seller’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Approved Returns
If MWPS World approves a return:
- The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to the Seller’s registered address.
- The product must be returned in the same defective condition as received.
This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
